Chief Operating Officer-full time, £65,000 pa
After celebrating 25 years of delivering paediatric osteopathy healthcare to children, and training highly skilled osteopaths in the specialism of paediatrics, we are now looking ahead to the next 25 years. An exciting time to join the Foundation for Paediatric Osteopathy (FPO), we are looking for passionate Chief Operating Officer with a strong commercial background to play a leading role in shaping the future of the FPO.
A truly outstanding senior manager, the COO will join us at this key time to lead the development of a 5 year strategic plan to raise our profile, increase our fundraising potential and expand our core services. The post holder will also oversee the day to day operations of the Clinics, Education, Research, Fundraising and Marketing, and HR Departments, leading these teams to achieve the organisation’s goals. The COO will also have responsibility for our facilities, ensuring all health and safety requirements are met.

Clinic and Practice Manager-full time (35 hours per week), £28,000 to £30,000 pa
The Clinic Manager will be responsible for efficiently managing the reception and clinic areas, as directed by the Finance and General Manager. In addition to excellent organisation skills, the Clinic Manager will utilise their exceptional communication skills to develop good relationships with the Senior Paediatric Osteopaths, as well as ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer care to all our patients and visitors.
